This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (“Policy”) governs the use of the “Fonts Pro” mobile application (“App”) provided by Pixdeo, Ltd. (“Pixdeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Privacy Policy

1.1 Information We Collect

The App does not require an internet connection to function and does not collect any personally identifiable information. All user data and settings are stored locally on your device and synced with your iCloud account. We do not have access to this information.

1.2 Anonymous Data Collection

For marketing purposes, we use Firebase to collect anonymous events and usage data. This information helps us understand how users interact with the App and allows us to improve the user experience. The collected data does not include any personally identifiable information.

1.3 Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pixdeo. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

1.4. In-App Purchase and Terms of Use Agreement

The App is a freemium service, which means that it offers both free and premium features. The premium features can be unlocked through in-app purchases, which are processed and charged by Apple Inc. By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions imposed by Apple Inc.

2. Terms of Service

2.1 License

Subject to your compliance with this Policy, Pixdeo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device running the iOS operating system and owned or controlled by you.

2.2 Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App; (b) distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; or (d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App.

2.3 Updates

Pixdeo may, from time to time, provide updates or enhancements to the App. You are responsible for keeping your App up-to-date by downloading and installing any updates made available by Pixdeo.

2.4 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach this Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

3. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on the Pixdeo website (https://pixdeo.com). You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this Policy will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

4. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
